This is my 100st blogpost!
how are you all doing?
I've been fine! been working on my goals a lot keke Okay, this is what I've done for so far.

Improve my 'html-skills'. As you can see in my earlier blogpost you can see that I've uploaded a skin. Well actually two haha, and I'm working on another one!
Improve my photography skills. What skills! well I took some photos (nothing special) and uploaded them on my flickr, check it out~
I want to take good care of my body. I've jogged quite a few times with my friend Olivia, haha! I'm also eating healthy things, however.. it's quite hard to skip yummy things
I want to watch these drama's: Heartstrings, The Greatest Love and maybe City Hunter&49 Days too. I don't think I'll watch 49days anymore, not that quite interested in. But I've wacthed "The Greatest Love" till the end! I SO LOVE THAT ONE~~~ It was amazing! And as for Heartstrings, I'm now waiting for episode 12 to be fully subbed! GOSH I love that drama as well!!~ Park Shinhye, Jung Yonghwa and Kang Minhyuk!!

Anyways, beside my goals, I've also bought two iPhone cases at www.cocoroni.net!
Theyr extremely cute, look at the pics~ I'm so very happy with it haha.

Guys guys guys, I'm so fucking happy right now!
Okay, calm down down I shall tell you what's it all about!
So yesterday my Uncle and Aunt came to visit, along with my grandpapa&grandmama.
They were talking about some rich friend of my grandpa.
He owns a lot of money, and beautifull villa's in southern france!
One villa in southern france is in the hills, with a lot of vineyards. The villa contains a swimming pool, tennis field and a lot of hectare land!
So yeah.
Today, I just ate my dinner when my mom came to me:
"I have very good news! Grandpa arranged his friends' house for us!!
We can go on holidays there for 2 weeks!" OH-MY

I was so sad because we couldn't go on a holiday,
because you know it's expensive! and we don't have that much money.
But this, wow it's just awesome, I'm so happy!
I just wanted to share this, that I actually will be on holiday to france!

So it's summer vacation here in the Netherlands.
Too bad, I won't be going anywhere... usually I'm always going to france.
Sigh not this year, which mean 7 weeks of boredom
But I think it's such a loss to feel bored all this 7 weeks,
That's why I made up some goals for this summer!
At the end of vacation, I must have fulfilled them!

Improve my 'html-skills', create and upload a lot of blogskins on blogskins.com
Improve my drawing skills, I want to learn how to draw more realistic.
Improve my photography skills, and upload lots of pictures on my flickr.
Improve my cooking&baking skills, I want to cook delicious food haha!
Improve my french! Because I chose that subject for next year, I want to have a good start.
I want to take good care of my body, sport often and eat and drink healthy.
I want to watch these drama's: Heartstrings, The Greatest Love and maybe City Hunter&49 Days too.
Watch a lot of movies!

Hmm, quite a lot goals huh? Well I won't be bored this summer! And as you can see, I want to improve a lot of skills. It's because those are my hobbies, and I lack a lot! I want to become greater ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
And as a prove that I will be doing these things, I will keep my blog updated about it! And post lots of pictures, of my current activities.

And about me, my name is Merel which means blackbird in dutch Im born in Amsterdam, and still living here for already 15 years. I like Amsterdam, but I love Paris. I think I'd also love Seoul, but since I haven't been there I can't judge. I go very often to Paris, I actually should've lived there when I was young, but there were some.. obstacles. Umm, my grandfather came from Maluku Islands, which makes me 25% Indonesian and 75% dutch. They speak bahasa melayu with dialect in there, I'm also learning it from my family. Tapi aku bisa omong melayu sedikit. Err, I love k-pop. I'm totally obsessed and biased with UKISS. FOREVER, EVER AND EVER. I think it's the main reason why I dont have a boyfriend, hmm LOL. KTHXBAI.

Hello!
Last friday I've cutted my hair. Yes I always cut my hair myself.
But this time I wanted something new, I was already thinking awhile about it and then I got sure.
I cutted myself bangs!
But there's this thing. I DON'T LIKE IT!
meeeheee. I get tons of compliments that it really suits me and stuff.
I'm really greatfull for those compliments, but I still think it doesn't suit me.
It's just so different... I liked my hair before .

And watched it again, the trailer of the movie "The Red Riding Hood".
I'd really like to see that movie! It sounds so awesome.
The creator of Twilight has made this one! Not that I'm very fond
of twilight's movie, but the scenes in twilight are always so pretty and wonderfull!

It's clear (on facebook&hyves) that I use photoshop before I upload my pictures.
But it's not how you all think of it, that I'm trying to make myself look prettier or something.
I use photoshop (tho it isn't officialy photoshop, but photoscape!!!).
I use it because it's fun to do! I like to apply and watch the results. I also do it because I like bright pictures. I just like a white,bright contrast instead of a dark gloomy picture, that's just meh~
Anyways, I don't find it fair that people are calling me a fake, because I use it -_-
so yeah. Just wanted to say LOL! (the picture above is the one used photoscape, and beneath the natural one.. so you can see WHAT I actually edit.. just the light effects!?)

Hiyaa,
Blogpost again, well since I've been searching up Hilary Duff again,
I totally became her fan again hahah!
I used to be her biggest fan when I was young! Gosh, I was so impressed by her!
Anyways, that made me realise the differences between those kids now, and me back then.
And it's ridiculous actually!
These 10 years old have blackberrys, Iphone and a Ipod. While I had a coloringbook and some crayons. Theyr hanging with those cool people outside, while I was just playing with some friends in the Garden. These kids are non-stop online at social network sites like facebook. While I was outside, with my friends at the zoo or something! I woke up extra-early to see Jessica&James fail at pokémon. And tried to stay up very late, to see some comedy at the fresh prince of bel air! It's ridiculous nowadays, looking at what those kids have, and want. They always want more? Some neigbourhood kid even craves for a PS3 while having an xbox360?! he's 9 years old.. Dayum, just go out and play with your friends boy.
Yeah I know, it's a new time and stuff, and that it's looking like I'm stuck in the past. But, is it just me or are these kids nowadays just really.. I don't know, but I feel sorry for them for missing sucha great time as the ninetees&early thousand.

and yes ofcourse, not every child is like this! It depends on their parents etc.
but almost all kids in my city that I know(Amsterdam) are like this, dedicated to them.

I think almost everyone knows disney, and has nostalgia feelings with it no?
I mean, I think you have to if you were born in the 90's ?
Beceause the most famous Disney classics were made back then.
Anyways!
I saw Pocahontas a few days ago.. And it made me feel so nostalgic(?)
It has always been one of the movies with the prettiest songs (in my opinion).
Especially 'Colors of the wind' was my most favorite!
But I never really liked the english version.. I like the dutch version the best.
I like all the dutch versions of Disney the best! Though that's really weird, because I don't like the dutch language so good.. Maybe it's beceause Dutch is my first language, and since I've watched the movie only with dutch language spoken.
Anyways I wanted you to listen to the dutch version if you want,
and tell me what you think of it?
Oh and I wonder about one more thing!
In what language did/do you watch Disney movies?

as you all can see.. my current layout is new.
I'm still working on this layout. It will be very different.
Well, after posting this skin.. I started thinking how I started blogger world.
Hehe this is my story..

Once upon a time, I was like 12 years old and I had an own "website"
at Imonline.nl, a dutch hosting. That was my first experience with HTML
I made my own layouts and stuffs. But after 2 or 3 years I found Imonline.nl boring.
And right after I quited Imonline.nl I stumbled trough Blogspot. I saw amazingly pretty and above all: CUTE blogs!
I wanted to make my own too, though I didn't know anything about "affies,Tagboard&Commenting". My first skin was from Cynna, I found it really hard to apply.
Then One year later it was 2009, and I started to know more about it
And then in 2010 I got my first affies haha!
I remember some of my first affies were Sherry, Yume and Mio.

Yeahh.. So that's my story...

It's about Justin Bieber!
Why is there so much hate against him
And now people are guessing that i'm a fan of him.
Actually no. I'm not a fan, but not a hater either.
I think his songs are nice, and he's got a really nice voice.. nobody can ignore that. But what makes me not a fan of him, is that I just think he's regular. He just got an awesome voice, but he isn't pretty or something..(his nose) His eyes aren't that pretty either. But I don't hate him for that, there's nothing that makes me hating him.
There are people who are like "AAAH I HATE HIM, GO DIE!! DIE DIE"
But I don't get it ? Why do you hate him, is it beceause he said something mean to you?

Hello theree.
Well, yesterday i went to a HUGE warehouse..
Called 'bijenkorf' what means 'beehive' (It's so expensive there.. Gucci,D&G etc..)
I think that store is funny called.. Anyways! I went there to a nailpolish shop,
called KOH.. Maybe you know that brand ? It's very expensive but so pretty
I went there, beceause i had the chance to get a free nail-polish!!

&YES! I'm going to Paris
Thankyou all, i sure will have a great time there.
I'm going to visit some places like Sacre coeur,Eiffel Tower,Notre dame. Hehe, and i'll be shopping.. And buy Laduree!!

hmm, i saw lotsa people on blogspot, with tumblr,
very soon i met happymonsters and other doodle blogs.
And i fell in love with it, all those pictures!
So i wanted to make an acc. too!, although i'm not uploading a lot,
and mostly i only do reblogs... but i think i'll open a doodleblog soon !

anyways, my day today was so SO LOOOOONG...
i came home from school at 5:40 pm,and i was so exhausted..
made my homework, and get to grocery store to get the ingredients
for dinner .. today i made pizza
I'm always making dinner on monday and some other days in the week..
but i don't have any new nice recipes anymore!!

A boy and girl used to be best friends but suddenly the began to not get along, they tease and harass each other all the time at school. One day the teacher had enough so she sent them to the school psychologist, he looked at the boy.

Oh well.. I have sooo many.. hahaz
Um, the one that i wish i didn't
have the most is procrastination.
It used to be like always with homework, learn for big tests.
But i got better at anti-procrastination! haha, i'm proud!
But i've got it also with.. things i have to do at home hahaa...

oh and another habit i don't like/wish i didn't have.
thinking about him.. sounds weird ah ?
yeah well that's it for me to, i almost think about him all day long!
and it's quite weird beceause sometimes i hate him (okay hate is a big word, dislike him) and i really don't want to think about him, and try everything
to forget about him.
But then when i talk to him.. i can forgive him so easily.. ARGH !
hahaha, well yea.. there's only one thing i can't forgive him
for so easily..
He makes promises right away, and at the moment they look so true and special
but then he totally forgets about it..
he just always forget those PROMISES ...

The boat trip was very very nice !

sorry for my late tagreplies!
I was quite busy although it's summervacation .
for exampleeee..
I watched some Drama's you guys told me to watch,
and I'm really happy that you told me to watch it !
I've watched
the liveaction movie "Grave of the Fireflies" .
Now I saw the liveaction which was so sad, I really want to see the Ghibli movie of the awesome Hayao Miyazaki .
the drama "Boku to Kanojo no XXX" . It was quite a bit weird.. but cute after all.
"hana kimi" , I've watched it like 2 years ago ? and didn't finish nor remember something. but dayummm I immediatly fell in love with ittttttttttt!
I love all the characters, from Dorm head Tennouji to Mizuki-kun ~
Ikuta Toma as Nakatsu and Oguri Shun as Sano was so greatand there were like so many cute moments between Sano and Mizuki~ And so much funny moments
of Nakatsu.. I found it really funny when he did the "ore wa homo janaaaaaaai" scene lol.
Well, I just loved it and it's sad that there just are 11 episodes+special.
I want 17242934872398 of it.
I really like the song Ikenai Tayou to !

well.. Tommorow is my trip to "Terschelling" .
An island in the Netherlands.. Im there for 2 weeks~

kimi ni todoke is going to be a live action DRAMA!!!
well i'm totally in love with (good) dorama's and movies.. They musn't be to sad
or to dramatic, just funny and cute

And I'm totally addicted to Kimi ni todoke the anime & manga..
I really fell in love with the characters,story and beautifull art .
It's funny and cute (sometimes it's kinda sad to..)
But now i'm so happy that my 2 favorite things are coming togheter as 1

Kimi ni Todoke is about a girl named Kuronuma Sawako. She is nicknamed Sadako (from the ring) because many people see her as strange and often mistake her for a ghost. A boy called Kazehaya kun becomes her friend and, to her, is "100% refreshness."

Hi ya'll..

So as you can see, i've got a new skin.. it costs me lotsa time to make this..
why ? beceause; yesterday i finished my skin(this skin), and wanted to put only one image more, but then my laptop CRASHED. I was like
'WHAT THE ! my computer screen is all red !' so i turned my computer off, and then realised..
i didn't save my skin i just made, and i spent more then 4 hours to make it..

on first place

1. JOHNNY DEPP.
well, who doesn't like(love) him ?
haha he is such a great,funny,goodlooking(teheh) actor!
and each character he plays no matter how different they are
it's always great ! think of James Matthew Barrie ( Finding Neverland ) to Willy Wonka ( Charley and the chocolat factory ) to Sweeney Todd ( Sweeny Todd ).
I really like the movies of Tim Burton, and lucky ! Johnny Depp plays in lots of his movies .

2. Mark Taylor
He isn't so famous, he plays Lewis Young in Flashpoint .
He's so cute ! and the character he plays is even more cute !
And smart, wow ! (..it's a TVprogramm i know!)

3. Will Smith
Ah men he's awesome to ! He's funny in the Fresh Prince of bel air, and serious in I am legend . Really good actor, and his son is so cute ~

But you know.. i want long hair so badly !
But if i want to grow it long then i have to cut my hair first beceause
1. I think my hair is dead ! (beceause i've straight my hair for a long long time)
2. I've got a layershaircut, and without layers my hair looks longer

no men .
i'm wasn't that happy this morning..(yesterday'morning either..) still not that happy ..

haha let me explain,
Yester-Yesterday my brother was sick and he woke me up with the sound:
BWARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH. *puking sound*
he was sick,had high fever blabla.
so i went to school not feeling that good blablablahblahhh
and i was really excited that day for the Math-test next day(cuz i really need a good mark)
but that evening i measured my fever .. and guess what it was really high! almost 40!
so next morning(yeserdaymorning) i couldn't go to school though i really really wanted! (beceause of maths .. what-the-hack that sounds so not me..)
slept most of the day and had a lot of dirty medicine blahblahblah.
just hoping i could go next-day to school beceaaaause we had a very cool project(this morning)
go search for "veenlijken" ..just real old bodies from ages ago !
sounds so intresting.. *gehehe .. does that sounds like a dork ?...*
anyways this morning i woke up so early to go to school and blabla .. but couldn't go.
just a high fever and i would! but my mom forbid me ..

haha this is gonna be just a booooring post men.
and short to , i think .

Yesterday was just an awesome day.
i went with my niece through amsterdam and that was real fun
then my brother came with the idea
let's barbeque meat and vegetables !
it was like awesome pretty shiny weather so why not~
